Evaluation

Strategy evaluation is the assessment process that provides executives and managers performance information shows the effectiveness of a given strategy in achieving the organizational objectives. Based on the results the appropriate actions should be taken.
Strategy evaluation helps answer the following questions:

  • • Are managers doing things, which ought to be done?
